You may want to try this to give a little room around the image in main content...

And #testo_dx could use padding: 5px ...

Using firebug I made some changes on the look of form.
Just try locally and see if you like.
Add this line to CSS:
label {float:left;display:inline;width:85px;}
On "data" change "Month names"(january, february ... ) for "Month numbers"(1,2,3...)
Just a tip. Check and see if you like.
