Urgent help needed CMSMS 0.13

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Urgent help needed CMSMS 0.13

Old site has version 0.13 suddenly the site only displays blank pages.  No Admin panel nothing.  The index page has not been modified.  The only thing that has changed is host upgraded to PHP5 and MySQL5. 

Is VERSION "0.13" NAME "Canary" SCHEMA_VERSION = "19" compatible with
Apache/1.3.39 (Unix) PHP/5.2.4
MySQL  5.0.45

What would be the best (Easiest on me the volunteer) to upgrade from 0.13 to 1.2.
