Horizontal Menu Trauma

Hi all - i'm not too experienced with all this cms stuff yet. This is the trauma i'm having, i can't get a horizontal menu to drop down. i've used the CSSMenu Horiz 1 col template and all works well i've created a vertical menu template and that pops out to the right as expected but for some reason the horizontal menu on the new template will not drop down.

i'm sure it's something very silly but i keep overlooking it. tweeking stylesheets is doing nothing altering the template does nothing too.

i'm using CMS Made Simple 1.0.5 "Molokai" with menu manager module.

the link is http://www.elmhayproperties.co.uk/ but the site is using the standard templates at the moment as it is live, i'm trying to work on the new template and then get it uploaded.

i only ever do simple sites i got the vertical menu working fine at www.irservices.net i used a sliced up fireworks image for that and assumed that it would be as easy for a horizontal menu.

i guess this is of no help

I see the dropdown working fine in IE6. Under "Your Circumstances" appear several items on hovering.

try looking now - i have swtiched the templates to one i'm having troulbe with.

i was using a default template before so it could be live

OK, now I see it is not working.

Do you have the js-calling that is present in the default template called in this template? At least IE6 requires that js.

yes i have tried applying the same js to the template, trouble is the CSSMenu Horiz 1 col is coded with div structures and mine is tables. i only know this way and like i said i have got vert menus to work just thought this would be along the same lines.

the horizontal menu i have in there now is from the http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.ph ... l#msg62029 post and i don't think works in tables. os therefore i guess i'm asking if anyone knows a horzontal menu that does work in tables ??
