Admin Directory - Change??

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Admin Directory - Change??

Most CMS applications recommend renaming the /admin directory for security purposes. So, two questions:

1) Is this something recommended for CMSMS?
2) If so, besides the change necessary in config.php for the admin directory change, is there anything else that needs to be changed?

Yes, always

No for admin folder, but I use an other "admin" user
