[solved] Installing tags

Hi I looked at the  Installing a tag help and when I try and install them I get the this (I tryed tellafriend_form and random image)

string(129) "Smarty error: [in content:content_en line 1]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'random_image' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 590)"

how did you install? An tag needs to be uploaded to the Plugins-folder under the CMSMS-root. Did you try this and if you did, what transfer-method did you use?

A simple but not if you are new.It would be good to say that in the help
