[solved] SOAP Problem

Hi I  can't install modules and when I go to preferences and try to set it up I get this (I changed my url for the post will let you know what it is when the the site is more complete.)

SOAP Problem (http://www.MYURL.com/soap.php?module=ModuleRepository): HTTP Error: Couldn't open socket connection to server http://www.MYURL.com/soap.php?module=ModuleRepository, Error (110): Connection timed out

tune your firewall ?
Can you wget from your site ?

No have to get server people to do it so what do I tell them?

To do what ? Tune the firewall ? or to issue a wget ?
If I understand well (with the few informations I have about your hosting) your server needs to access the module repository. If your hosting prevents it to do it you can install modules the old upload way.
