Module RSS 1.1 cant find how to install and setup docs

Is it available thru the Module Manager?...

If so click install... no...

In the forge click the name of it to get to the downloads page click the .tar or .zip file name, downloads to your comp., click it after download to expand, when done FTP the module folder to your site, go to your site to Extensions > Modules click install to the right, then check permissions.... Users & Groups > Group Permissions > admin, tick all not ticked...

Mark....Ive done all you sugested but i cant seem to see anything for the RSS module in permisions or any other menu to add as content to pages
