Where to download icons

Does anyone know where to find small icons, for sitemap/mail/home etc... I looked, but didnt find sets with different color-settings to be used on different sites.

I usually find something useful in silk icon set (tho not always)

thanks for the reply. Of the billions of sites, you mention the one (of several) I found and found usefull and whereof I downloaded that package.
