Check if you can call  http://....../admin/style.php and see the associated stylesheet
if not
I see that you use FF. Install Firebug addons and check for errors

when have you installed the Questions module ?
Please confirm the public site is ok.
What do you see in the HTTP error log ?

hmmmm..I'm not sure.. ::)maybe I install Questions module yesterday..can I delete Questions module with Total Comander?

I install Questions module 1.0 beta and all work fine
