Hi, I'm a CMSMS n00b, but this is by far the easiest CMS system I've tried. Good job!
Maybe it already exists or is already in the works, but would it be possible to configure the date format for news items? And could we have a "posted by " tag?
If anyone knows how to do this already, I'd appreciate your input.
News module suggestion
Re: News module suggestion
Feature request - it would be nice if the Category were displayed in the News list.
Re: News module suggestion
I've noticed this in Firefox on Windows, dunno if it's a problem in IE - when I create a new News item and publish it, and hit Submit, the category defaults to the first entry in the Category list regardless of what I set it to.
The second time I go in to the item to edit the Category, I click Submit, then it stays on the TinyMCE page. I hit Submit again and it takes me back to the News entries. This time the category stays set to what I selected. Actually, any time I go to edit a News entry, I have to hit Submit twice.
Edit: OK, I'm dumb - the first time it's telling me I have no content - I'm just making a summary entry. Just an annoyance.
In IE, if I click a News Item to edit it, I see a bulleted tree list of options - like the admin pages are loading without CSS. If I click News, I get the news item list, then if I click a specific news item, it takes me to TinyMCE. Weird.
