Formbuilder / Formbrowser help wanted !

Can someone help me with the formbrowser and formbuilder options ad data output?

I made a form which gives the visitor the change to submit data. (submission goes okay with formbuilder)
I want to show the output data with Formbrowser and it shows, but it shows double.

When I submit a form or edit a form with formbrowser I get thrown back at the captcha an go into an loop there, captcha, captcha and so on.

When I submit al form wit formbuilder its all okay.
