As the subject says: What version number has version number 14? Can I just count the stable releases from the bottom? In that case that´d be version number 1.0.4.

my guess is that you mean the db version and want to know what cmsms version that db version is
you can look at the version.php file, it will tell you the cmsms version and the db schema version (browsing through svn will reveal all the versions.)
