			I'm building a site on CMSms 1.1.3.1, was going to base layout on the Greenery template off the theme site - but when I apply the template to pages I get this in the browser:
Code: Select all
]>  Greenery  1.2   Greenery      greenmenu  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    greenery      Greenery  greenery    plants.jpg  1  /uploads/images/green/plants.jpg     bg_body.jpg  1  uploads/images/green/bg_body.jpg     rounded_tr.gif  1  uploads/images/green/rounded_tr.gif     rounded_br.gif  1  uploads/images/green/rounded_br.gif     rounded_tl.gif  1  uploads/images/green/rounded_tl.gif     rounded_bl.gif  1  uploads/images/green/rounded_bl.gif     li_bullet.gif  1  uploads/images/green/li_bullet.gif     bg_header.jpg  1  uploads/images/green/bg_header.jpg     menu_tab.gif  1  uploads/images/green/menu_tab.gif     logo_greenery.gif  1  uploads/images/green/logo_greenery.gif     logo_fullahead.gif  1  uploads/images/green/logo_fullahead.gif

			Halm,

you get the message after importing the theme, using the "theme manager"?

			Ronny: No, I followed the procedure described in user handbook, copy/pasting contents of .xml file to template.
EDIT: I did this because the theme manager in my install is two buttons doing nothing ...
Mark: No link. When something goes !kablooie! I usually reset to default and work on other bits for a while

			You can't use an XML file to make a template, if you want I can give you it in flat files to copy/paste...

I would start by checking permissions Users > Groups > Group Permissions > admin ... tick all...

Then look in Extensions > Modules to verify Theme Manager is installed...

			Hello,
I have a problem, when i use this template. It seems that it doesn't manage menu coorectly.
You can see on this link -
http://alosia.net/cmsms/ - that there has only one menu, the others don't appear.
I have use menu manager to import this theme, and I use CMSMS 1.1.3.1
Have you got an idea?

			This template will only take so many characters across before it goes off the side...

This is the list from the menu if your pages have diff. page alias' then put them here using  ,  between them...

items="home,rounded,squared,galleries,contact"}
