Attach CSS to Template not working

Attach CSS to Template not working

I am running Win2000 Server with the latest Apache, PHP, and MySQL. I have been running CMS10 since the release. Yesterday, I created a new template, but when I went to attach the style sheet the page the comes up has no dropdown to choose the style sheet for the site.

I thought it was maybe a fluke with my template, but I checked other templates I have and they didn't work either. I deleted and reloaded CMS10 this morning and the new one is doing the same thing.

Please, Help!

This is a bug with postfix.  It's fixed in svn and will be in 0.10.1.
