Hi all,
I just installed the XML file version of Formbuilder into my CMS Made Simple.
After it loaded, it went to this URL: /admin/listmodules.php
This page was blank. I re-logged into my admin section, and the fancy CMS is gone - it is replaced with plain text... in a vertical column.
I've tried getting back into the modules section to delete it but again I get a blank white page.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Search the page for the word error..... and/or search your httpd error log.

Late reply.. sorry about that.
I ended up deleting the directory FormBuilder in /modules and the back end came back to normal. I haven't been able to install FormBuilder successfully though.
I might try updating CMSMS to the latest version (1.0.7 at the moment)
