changing default template css

can someone tell me what css i have to change to make the blue bar above around the logo white?

If you go to "Layout -> Templates", you'll see a button called "CSS". Click that one and you see the attached stylesheets to your template. The one starting with "Layout" is the one that holds the default styling, so for header/footer etc....

We can give more explicit help if we get more info, as in which default template, I see no blue bar around the logo, but the header is where the logo is so you may be talking about the header background color...
