Embedding Youtube Videos

I am having trouble in this department.  I have read some previous posts that explained how to do it and I did it exactly the way it was explained but to no avail.  What do I do?  Can anyone help me please? Thank you in advance. R

I just go to you tube and find the video I want and use the "Embed this on your site" code...
