I am running two (actually three ...) CMS instalations on the same server. Two of the installations relies heavily on the same external database for dynamic content. (I am running one in English and one in Norwegian, but the content drawn from the database is very much the same.)
I have written a large number of user defined tags to work with the external database. Now I want to copy these tags, along with templates and css files, from on intallation to another - just to save me from having to copy and paste each udt.
Is this possible, an if yes: which folders should I copy?
How to copy a CMS installation?
Re: How to copy a CMS installation?
The only thing you've added to the folders/files is uploaded stuff, images, etc...
All the UDT, CSS, News items, page content, GCB, etc. is stored in the DB, the Handbook has instructions for moving a site...
