Google News Submit and News Module

Hi All,

I have been looking at Google News and seeing if I can get our site listed in there.  There is a stipulation that "the URL for each article must contain a unique number consisting of at least three digits". Now currently our 1.1.1 powered site (v2.3 News Module) displays URLs in the following fashion;

http://www.oursite.co.uk/site/news/93/64.htm
http://www.oursite.co.uk/site/news/91/64.htm
http://www.oursite.co.uk/site/news/84/64.htm

etc... etc...

How would it be possible to change 64.htm to somthing with 3 digits, like 128.htm say?

EDIT: And make it unique?
