I don't know much forum software and I've never heard of this vB one.
As you can see today cmsmadesimple.org "integrates" CMSms, SMF, Mediawiki, WordPress, gForge... It depends on what people call "integrate". Here I use it for look and feel but you may want close user profiles linking.

For look and feel, CMSms is VERY flexible on templating (even without PHP coding).
For software linking, it is up to you, dependant on your plans, vB, existing glue modules and your PHP-SQL coding skills.

There's currently no such a module.

you can always use events to do stuff (for example to put user information to vb, or maybe even getting it from there)

but at the moment there is nothing like that readily available.
