Database Backup

Hello everyone. I am using CMS MS from  0.13 version, and so far i think it is the lightest and fastest CMS ever.
Still i have some problem - i tried to find some descent database backup module, that any normal user could backup/restore whole content. I have installed mysqldump module, but.. my server admin is lying to me about path_to_mysql_binaries , or this module is not suitable for 1.1.1 ? Are there anyone, who succesfully use this module on 1.1.1 version?
