help installing the NMS module

could someone kindly point me to the documentation or a tutorial for converting the "Subscribe" template code in NMS to a page and getting it linked from the menu...?

Create a page in CMSMS and past {cms_module module='NMS'}  in the content.
allow the page to be displayed in you menu.

now you should see the link in the menu and when opened there is your "Subscribe" form for your visitors.
