Begginers Layout Problems

I have been learning to use CMS made simple by trail and error.

Unfortunatly, whilst playing with the codes I have messed up my layouts and i'm not sure how to correct the problems.

The website is www.bmc-online.co.uk

Problem A: I have lost the margin between the content and the left side of the page wrapper.

Problem B: I would like to prevent  the main content text from spilling over to the right hand-side. (I would also like to encase it in a white box if possible?)

If any one can help with either of these problems i'll be extremely gratefull.

You may want to start over with the default, make a copy of the template and CSS, CSSMenu top + 2 columns and not use tables to layout the right side...
