Host recommendation

Hi all,

I need an urgent recommendation for a hosting company that someone uses to host a a small (20 pages) site using CMSMS
I want a shared hosting package that can run the site and a forum of some sort
I have looked at opensourcehost and am thinking of using them
I have a site ready for a client, that is almost at the upload stage, and I have no server to run it on, so if someone can get back to me A.S.A.P, it would be great

If you could send me a link to the site hosted on the recommended server then I can see the upload time from this part of the world
