The page can't continue loading after Captcha installed

Hello,

Before I installed the captcha, the pages loads fine but no captcha image. Then I installed the captcha module but I got another problem, the page can't continue loading after I installed captcha module. The loading stop on the comment part below of the page.

Release Captcha-0.2/Captcha-0.3
CMS Made Simple 1.0.6
Linux hosting with php 5.1.4.

Hello,

My website is http://www.learn-hiragana-katakana.com, but I disabled the captcha feature for now. Im not sure if i installed the captcha correctly. Here's what I did... In module manager i installed the Captcha extension, then on Content>Comment>Option I enabled Spam Protection. That's all and i did not change/add any code on any module or page. I need it because spammers are attacking my site.
