Error using Formbuilder (0.2.4 / 0.3) with CMSMS 1.1

Tryed to use frombuilder 0.2.4 and 3.0 with CMSMS 1.1.
Get following error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 98304 bytes) in C:\Program Files\wamp\www\tjalma\lib\smarty\Smarty_Compiler.class.php on line 1808

Can someone help me !!??

Update your php memory limit (php.ini or in htaccess) from 8 MB to 16 MB
