Step 3 give an error "Could not connect to the database"

Hello,

I’ll try to install CMS made simple on the free hosting sever www.awardspace.com

There is a MySql option on this sever. I’ll have create a database named ‘heibloem_cms’

But when I run the installation in step 3 i’ll receive the next error:
Could not connect to the database. Verify that username and password are correct, and that the user has access to the given database.
I 'am 100% sure, that I use the write password and database name.

With PHP  myadmin it is possible to connect to the database. It isn’t possible to make user and give them Privileges

Is there somebody on this forum who can help me with this trouble.

i also have a website at this host.

i connent with:

server: db4.awardspace.com (not localhost!)

username: something_something
pass: ****
db: the same as the username
