Incremental FTP Backup Tool

I have been searching for hours now to find a free backup tool that supports incremental backups.

The only thing close to what I need is Cobian Backup but that one has issues with incremental backups:
It can only do incs with resetting the archive attribute of the backed-up files which afaik only exists in MS filesystems which my website does not use.

So, how would you guys backup a website from a Windows computer? I should add that I don't own the server and thus cannot run backups on the server directly.

Any ideas?

Have you tried SyncBackSE? That is supposed to be a great backup tool, that does incremental backup through FTP too.
