How to backup existing website to another web hosting

Hello,

Can anyone tried transferring their existing website using cms made simple? How to back-up the database and setup into another hosting server. My hosting server have many problems like frequent server down. Please tell me what to do. Can I use same database?

Any help would be great.

If it's not 1.1, 1.0.* or older you can use the backup module...
