Hello,
I am stuck at step 10.
Entered the database info, hit de continue button, and get a (index.php) page not found.
?!?
If I do a refresh, the page gets found, but it is back in step 9 where you enter username and email address.
I think I have tried it all, but not succeeding in getting it installed.
Because I am a fan of oscommerce, I know my way around in phpMyadmin, so I’m sure the database is created correct. Desperately as I am right know, a want to do a manual install, but can not find how to do this. It is not simply just run intial.sql and extra.sql, because some changes have to be made.
Who can bring me on track?
Desperate regards,
Peter
Stuck at 10, how to do a manual install.
Re: Stuck at 10, how to do a manual install.
did you create and upload a blank index.php page as per the installation instructions?

No, I didn't.Deblus wrote: did you create and upload a blank index.php page as per the installation instructions?
But I did create a config.php and chmod this even to 777
The problem was still the same.
I really don't know what to do anymore...

Hello Peter,
But may be you are facing a PHP memory limit or some other restristion ?
What lights weren't green in the first steps ?
Are you using the SSH install ? or what is your FTP tool ?

As PhpMyAdmin is running fine, CMSms should work well too.PeterR wrote: I am stuck at step 10.
