When running upgrade.php --->>> Parse error: syntax error, [NEARLY SOLVED]

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade to version 1.1, comming from version 1.08
When I run upgrade.php I get the following error

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '/' in /home/gregor/domains/uisge-beatha.eu/public_html/install/upgrade.php on line 224

I already tried to re-upload all files via ftp. No luck.

I saw a closed topic with the same error. I tried the mentioned suggestion. No luck.

Any help is really appreciated!

I don't know why it came up to me to download the tar-file and try that one instead of the zip-file I used in first place. I have no software to check if there are any differences, but the site is up

Someone who could do a diff on both files???
