News added but can't change status to 'published'

Hi all,

Recently I (finally) upgraded my cmsms from
"$CMS_VERSION = "0.12.1";
$CMS_VERSION_NAME = "Savusavu";"

to "CMS Made Simple 1.1 "Samoa""

But since this upgrade i have the following problem. When I add a news item it is saved, but the status says 'concept'. I want the news items to be published but it doesn't.. And I just can't seem to find a button, link or whatever that enables me to change that status to 'published' or just publish the article/news item straight away when submitting..

Anyone who can tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Check your permissions.... the permission to change the status from draft to published is off by default (except for the admin user).
