"No such file or directory" Errors after doing step 7

Hi All,

I am facing this error
http://www.sportsextratravel.com.au/beta/index.php

after doing step 6 of Quick Install via FTP in step 7.

Is this error has anything to do with the server it is hosting with.

I have checked all the permissions twice

I am using the latest 1.1 version and total number of files uploaded are 1462 + one config file. I have checked that I am not missing any files...

I am not an experienced php program so dont know what is going wrong. any help will be appreciated.

please check the permissions for the web server on this /tmp/ directory. Or may be PHP Magic Quotes ?
I'm sorry, I don't know Windows and IIS.
