About 2 Modules...

Post by Soelen »

Hello all!! :) After reading all and found no answer here my questions:

1. Frage: What's wrong with my Module Manager? O_O

2. Frage: Why I can't install the forum module?:

1) multiple options

a) your webserver has a restrictive firewall
b) your webserver cant resolve our server
c) our server is down just as you try
d) php_safe_mode

2)

"missing dependency" means that module needs some other module to function properly, check the module help and or click on the "missing dependency" link.

This could be because your host doesn't allow outbound http requests from the server.

To resolve this look in the help for the forum module and see what the dependencies are.

First, thank you very much for giving me support  :) I took a look on these problems and these are the results:
tsw wrote: 1) multiple options

a) your webserver has a restrictive firewall-  na, don't think so, it's the only module with this problem plus I didn't read anything with firewalls in ma webserver : )
b) your webserver cant resolve our server  :o is that repairable?
c) our server is down just as you try  :'( Sigh, tried a lot times... T.T
d) php_safe_mode It's off  :)

2)

"missing dependency" means that module needs some other module to function properly, check the module help and or click on the "missing dependency" link.  :D Thank you very much buddy I'll take a look on this point
