Parse error before installation starts - topic closed

Hi trying to install cmsms 1.1 on hosting by CS new media.http://www.csnewmedia.co.uk/hosting/windows/index.asp however am having real problems with it. I have followed the instructions several time, but cant even get the initial webpage to come up when i get to step 7. After the browser searches for a long time i get the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in D:\Domains\mysite.co.uk\wwwroot\index.php on line 58


I have used CMSMS in the past and had no bother getting it to start. Any advice would be greatly received.
