Just create an empty file called config.php. Upload it to the main folder and start installation again, installation will then fill the data in the config.php.

Hello,

what I think is mistakable is that some people try to install without reading and following (pretty clear and easy to read) installation instructions and then ask the forum :^(

May be the installer should report : "I can't find the config.php file you should have created in /some/path. Please check the installation guide."
