Album reorder problem

I have 0.9.0-svn4 and the album reorder feature seems to be broken.  Clicking the 'up' arrow will sometimes push that item all the way to the top of the list instead of one step above - likewise the 'down' arrow pushes that item to the very bottom of the list.  However, on the whole it functions very erratically and sometimes two items will simply switch places.  It's impossible to get the albums in the order I want them in.  I haven't been able to figure out the logic of it, but it doesn't function like any of the other reorder features for other modules.  Is there something I'm missing??
