Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Your Apache is broken. Check the ErrorDocument directives. This is not CMSms related.

You should search these forums for "RecordCount" and "RowCount". Or maybe the troubleshooting.
