Real Estate Mod??

I will be making a real estate site for a client and I wanted to get away from open realty and use Simple CMS because I love being able to customize it using CSS!! Anyway I wanted to know if there is something I could use so a client can list properties on their own with price, maybe a couple pics and a description. Any help would be great.

Hmm, maybe you can use Cataloger module, maybe you should use a special real estate cms like open-realty.org
