Cant install past step one. Please Help.

I have i been following the install instructions and everything was going well unto I reached step one.

Each setting is showing a green tick or dot and im advised at the bottom of the screen that "All tests passed ( at least at a minimum level). Please click the Continue button."  I cilck the Continue button, however the page simply reloads and refuses to move onto the next step.

Im using cmsms 1.0.8, Php 5 and MySQL 5.0.

Please help because this is realy annoying me now

And no already in place redirects or rewrites ?

And working PHP sessions ? and activated session cookies ?

I have now got it working on another server so it does'nt really matter anymore I guess.
