resetting group permissions

Hi All,

I hope someone can help, I've made a bit of a boo boo :/

I've heavily restricted the permissions on the Admin user group with out setting up another group with permission to edit css, templates, add new user etc...

Is there a way to reset the permissions of a group to have prermission to do everything outside of the admin area?

Not entirely sure how to do that. I've gone into my database via phpMyAdmin and have located the permissions row but there's nothing to tell me that it's switched off. Here's a screen grab:

I've done all that but i still can't get in to edit the user group.
