Hi, I just installed CMSMS and it looks really amazing. From the looks of this site I saw the blog feature which is the main reason for trying this system out.
Anyhow, when installing it, this feature wasnt already implmented in the default installation. I installed the Blog Made Simple module but it isnt exactly like the blog system found here.
I would really like to have the archives and categories displayed on the left like seen on this site. If anyone has any insight on this please let me know. If im just being a noob here and this is something simple, im sorry for bothering everyone.

The blog which cmsms main site use is wordpress.
But in Forge you can found a lot of part you can use it to create a similar page

oh ok, thanks a lot. Well I would really like to have the archive feature...does the blog made simple module support this? The blog made simple module as far as I can tell doesnt have much to it...maybe im just overlooking some things.

Have never used BMS yet ... but you can use a combo of news and comments module for a blog like page. News module has a parameter to show archive, you have only to set a time limit for showing on website.
