Templates?

After i upgrade CMSMS to 0.10 I couldn`t find the tampletes?

I have installed id 5 times and there are no templates?

WHere could i create templates or what should i do to make this posible.

I get a dropdown list where i could choose a template at globalconfiguration but not at the content site and the template which i use is not shown at the  content?

i dont make any database changes from 0.9 to 0.10.

You ran the upgrade script and didn't do anything to your database?  Templates are stored in the databse...
