How to upgrade from CMSMS ver 1.0.2 to 1.0.8?

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

How to upgrade from CMSMS ver 1.0.2 to 1.0.8?

I want to upgrade my CMS Made Simple ver 1.0.2 to latest version 1.0.8. Please guide me the easiest way possible. I don't like to backup whole database (if not neccessary) and restore again.
