My mysql host address is 202.156.***.23:8899. (Database host address)

After click "Continue" is blank page.

When ? what is on the screen before ? which "continue" ? Nobody can help you with so few information.

What about your database ? Has any other software used it previously ? Are you sure it works ?
What is this strange 8899 port ?
