failed to open stream: /html/include.php on line 55

I{m trying to upload my cms site to a live site hosted by GoDaddy at www.eapsec.org.  The site was working fine on my localhost, but when i go to the home page on the live site, I get this error...

I just recently started using CMS, so I think I have the latest version.  Sorry for the vague information, please let me know what else I can provide that might help!

Did you run the install?

when moving the files from a localhost to anotherserver,do you have to run the install again?  i´ve already deleted the installation files, as directed to after installing on my local host.
