License-question: May I remove "This site was created in 0..."

Hi,
I was thinking myself if the license, which is valid for cmsms, allows me to remove the "This site was created in x secondas and x queris"?
Normally it says that I mustnt remove the tags, but would the generated website belong to cmsms's code?

Its not that I wouldnt support cmsms, but I just dont want others to see what cms I am using. Just a question of security.

Can u tell me if I may remove these lines?

Think there's no problem - GPL (licence) forbids only the deleting of copyright message inside source.
