Admin login quirk

Hi,
I have a little quirk with my install of CMCMS, whenever I try to log in to the administration interface, I get the message:

Logging in and redirecting to , one moment please...

And then it brings the login screen back up. This only happens once and the next time you enter the details login suceeds, and continues to work if you log out and log back in.

strange.

Any ideas why?

PS The platform is IIS / PHPv4.3.1

I haven't tested on IIS in a long time.  Is this 0.9.2 or a 0.10 beta?  In 0.10, we did change the login procedure a bit, and I guess it could've messed up IIS a little bit.  I'll see if I can test it sometime today to be sure.
