Need For Addiitional Group Permission

Hi Guys,

I only just recently started playing with CMS and guys this has to be one of the best The Best cms I have ever come across, well done!

The only very minor thing that I can see at the moment that would be a very handy addition would be the ability in the 'group permissions' area that would allow the Admin to set a permission to allow 'set group assignments to anything except - Admin'

This would allow for virtually a 'second level admin'.
