Looking for a module

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

Looking for a module

Hi,
Are there any modules that allow you to build a form that the user fills out, it's then sent to the database and then the values are viewable/editable via the admin panel?
